📦 Shipping Policy

At Flex Your Vibe, we aim to deliver your vibe as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

“We deliver across India. Delivery to remote areas, islands, and some high-altitude regions may not be available.”

 1. Order Processing 

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Metro cities usually receive orders faster (3–5 days), while remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery delays may occur due to courier or logistics issues which are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A standard shipping charge of ₹199 may apply on orders below ₹999.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may have an additional handling fee.

4. Address & Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect/incomplete information.
• If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, re-delivery charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website/app using the tracking details provided.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates.
