Exchange Only Policy
No Returns
We only provide an exchange option under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
The product is eligible for exchange only if:
- It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The wrong size or defective/damaged product has been received.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products bought during Sale/Discount/Offer periods are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized or limited-edition products cannot be exchanged.
- Minor color or texture variations due to digital photography and screen settings will not be considered defects.
Exchange Process
- Raise your exchange request by emailing us at flexyourvibe.business@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details.
- Our team will review the request and confirm the eligibility.
- You will need to ship the product back to us. (Shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the product delivered was defective/damaged/wrong.)
- Once approved, we will dispatch your replacement product within 5–7 working days.
Important Notes
- No cash refunds/returns will be issued under any circumstances.
- Exchange is allowed one time per order only.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will provide a store credit of the same value (valid for 3 months).
