✅ Returns

 

  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective or wrong product received.
  • You must request a return within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Important: At the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
    • If you receive a wrong product, defective item, or size issue, you must share this unboxing video + clear photos with us at the time of your complaint.
    • Requests without video proof will not be accepted.

  4. If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect address or restricted areas, we will cancel the order and notify you.
